without clear vision - React to the problems, firefighting, study only
during exam, no plan.
2. Students with great vision, but do
not know how to move forward.- Have lofty of
dreams, lacks intellectual capacity to plan and translate them into action.

with vision and great plans in place, but no focus on execution.

Students with good synchronizing of vision, plan and execution.
- Student must set his/her Role model first than he/she achieve his/her goal.
